These half hour sessions are normally reserved for November and the first few weeks of December, but this year we'd like to help you get a head start on those Christmas cards.

Why take Christmas photos in July? Well, think about it:

• Washington's daylight lasts long into the evening.
• The ground isn't too soggy to sit on.
• You don't need to worry about being rained out.

Besides, your Christmas photos are about showing your family and its personality, not about posing for a card. For $100 plus tax, we're offering:

• A 30-minute session at your choice of location (travel fee applies outside of a 25-mile radius),
• A CD with a guaranteed minimum of 10 images, and
• $15 in gallery credit toward prints or cards.

Don't worry, Christmas carols and fun sweaters are strictly optional.
