Howdy everyone!

Today I’d like to share our favorite shots from last Saturday’s senior photo sessions. It was a simply gorgeous spring day at Point Defiance, and Ian and Taylor, longtime friends, had asked to do their sessions back-to-back. Not only was it great for us to have no commute after the first session, but Point Defiance offered many different options for backgrounds. We were able to get the ocean and woodsy feel that Taylor wanted, as well as the grittier style Ian preferred. It was a blast!

Are you (or your student) nervous about spending an hour or two in front of a camera? If you are, I think Ian and Taylor offered a great solution to camera fears: schedule your senior session with your friend. Bring someone you know and have an easier time relaxing around. My wife and I like to think we’re not very intimidating to work with, but sometimes having a buddy around really does make a difference.
