Several weeks ago we met with Ryan and Briet to talk about shooting their wedding. We quickly worked out the details and were ready to sign the contract and schedule engagement photos. That’s when we discovered a minor glitch: Ryan was moving out of the state in three days! Once he left, the earliest we’d be able to photograph their engagement photos would be next spring.

We didn’t want to make Ryan and Briet wait so long for engagement photos. Doing their engagement shoot several months before the wedding would give them time to make save-the-dates if they wanted to, and it would leave one less thing to worry about in the last stressful weeks before the wedding. So, though it was a bit crazy, all four of us rearranged our schedules and planned an engagement shoot for the very next morning. These are our last-minute photos, taken at Point Defiance, Wright Park, Corina Bakery, and Grand Cinema.
